HRDLabel 5 - preview

I am working on a new version of HRDLabel. The new version will have these new features:

New user interface - The panels position and size will be configurable

New panels - Country status panel and Dashboard panel

A. Cell color - cell color change if country has been confirmed

B. Country status panel - display the status of all bands/modes

C. Dashboard panel - a panel that will centralize many operations (select, manage, edit)

Moreover:

• better ADIF support
• enhanced label editor
